Identify opportunities, plan approach and engage key stakeholders in order to establish and progress all leads positioning Securecorp for any future opportunities.
Work closely with other key members of the bid team to develop the optimum bid solution, organisation structure and contract delivery model.
Develop and maintain document library for future bids.
Coordinate and manage risk and opportunity assessments and processes at pre-bid, pre-submit, and pre-close phase.
Carry out project planning and manage progress and Bid team against plan to ensure completion on time, to budget and to required quality.
Manage and coordinate the pricing and completion of pricing schedules;
In conjunction with Project Manager–Pricing / Bid Estimator(s) develop work and effort plan to respond to RFT pricing deliverables.
Manage and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Participate in contract negotiations with new clients and partners.
Participate in contract transitions.
Management of existing contract documentation and contracts database.
Develop, nurture and maintain beneficial strategic relationships with existing clients
Manage the tender team, including existing Bid Writers, Estimators.
Coordinate contract Bid Writers.
Manage company client listing.
Manage contract documentation, signing, storage, and register.
Produce reports as directed by parent company.
Management and oversight of company documentation, logos, and marketing products
Attend industry expos, and trade associations to support company marketing and growth strategy.
