The role
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery and day‑to‑day management of workplace technology, audio‑visual systems, and ICT infrastructure that keep NSW Government workplaces running smoothly and ready for the future. You’ll drive technology solutions that improve service delivery, support innovation, and align with organisational priorities, ensuring systems are efficient, secure, and enhance the experience for staff and stakeholders.
You’ll balance multiple priorities from delivering new tech projects to maintaining operational stability – all while navigating evolving technologies and government frameworks. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll foster collaboration, manage risk, and lead a high‑performing team focused on continuous improvement and best practice in ICT operations. The role also requires ongoing performance assessment of existing third‑party vendor SLAs, contract management, and procurement activities.
