Key Responsibilities
About The Role
Coordinate on-site teams to deliver relevant scopes of work in accordance with project plans and specifications to achieve effective performance in accordance with detailed short term programs and schedules within the designated time and budget. Implement site safety, quality and environment control and identify and assess potential risks.
- Managing the trajectory of the tunnel and its advancement
- Monitoring the driving process and progress
- Modifying TBM pressure by environment, rock types, depth and terrain
- Continually monitor the on screen guiding system
- Working closely with a team of control, hydraulic, electric, and mechanical and survey engineers, as well as all tunnel staff including supervisors, foreman etc.
- Asses a number of mechanical and civil engineering parameters and take terrain geology into account
- Identify TBM incidents, breakdowns, errors and know solutions to technical problems
- Receiving information and transmitting it to the most appropriate team member
Qualifications & Experience
Engineering degree; Qualification and training, e.g. Diploma, Project Management3-5 Years’ construction experience in a similar roleCoordination and negotiation skillsTechnical knowledge and profit minded.Methodical, have authority, be available, attentive, able to be objective, be tenacious and have a sense of responsibility.If you have any question feel free to contact byca.recruit@bouygues-construction.com
