Female- Support Worker (Penrith Only)

We are looking for Home Carers to work with our clients around the

• PENRITH
• area of New South Wales.

As a Home Carer your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients.

Your responsibilities :

Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan

Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication assistance

Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients

Transport clients to their appointments

Your requirements :

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role

Have a current Police Check - Required

Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation

NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain

Covid19 Vaccination with 1 Booster

Ability to work independently and effectively manage time

Drivers licence and car - Desirable
