Your Home : This role sits within our Consumer PR and Influence business. We are a team of 40 culturally curious, creatively driven and impact-obsessed brand marketing experts across Sydney and Melbourne who believe that brands and organisations are at their best when they find ways to earn attention.

Role Overview

As a Social Coordinator in our business, you will be involved in the full breadth of our work. You’ll be nimble and agile, turning your hand to new tasks daily with a can-do attitude. You’ll build networks across teams, learn about our clients, and gain knowledge about the tools of our trade. You are not afraid to ask for help when needed. Your day-to-day role will include :

Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Conduct talent audits for influencer campaigns, including data and content analysis
  • Manage creator onboarding and supporting briefing, and talent management
  • Maintain talent databases and identify emerging talent
  • Capture performance data and content highlights for client reports

Community Engagement

  • Lead community engagement with creative and tailored approaches to fan engagement
  • Develop understanding of tone of voice and brand positioning for individual brands
  • Bring brand tone and personality to life in social channels with a proactive, conversational approach
  • Identify community trends and reactive opportunities to drive fan participation
  • Content Management & Distribution

  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing of content to brand pages
  • Coordinate with client teams and paid specialists for content distribution
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all community touchpoints
  • Attend events and experiences to share live updates and fan reactions
  • Apply WPP Open, our AI intelligence platform, to drive efficiencies and insights
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Use dashboards and analytics to track growth, engagement, and sentiment
  • Use social listening tools to track off-platform conversation and brand buzz
  • Share updates, insights, and recommendations with internal and client-side stakeholders
  • Monitor community feedback and adjust strategies based on performance data
