The Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships, and promoting innovative products to medical professionals. Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions that support patient outcomes and align with our mission.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your assigned territory.
- Present and detail Primary Care products effectively to healthcare professionals, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding and utilisation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the Primary Care landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align strategies and share market insights.
- Maintain compliance with Medicines Australia guidelines and internal company policies.
- Accurately document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Skills & Experience :
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a sales representative.Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Full Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5-star ANCAP safety rating.Benefits & Perks :
