About the Role

Were looking for someone whos keen to step into the world of commercial sales someone confident on the phone and ready to learn. Youll join our Commercial Sales team at our newly renovated Braeside head office working closely alongside our GM of Sales helping to shape the next stage of TAXIBOXs expansion.

This role is all about building long-term partnerships converting inbound commercial leads & proactively hunting new opportunities across events construction retail logistics & trade.

Duties

Respond to & convert inbound commercial enquiries

Prepare quotes & process bookings in our CRM

Prospect & cold-call to develop opportunities across events construction retail & trade

Attend the occasional industry event with the team

Build rapport with customers and understand their basic needs

Work with the GM of Sales on lead follow-up reporting & general sales support

Skills & Experience

Some experience in sales account management or customer service (B2B exposure is a bonus not essential)

Comfortable speaking with customers & building rapport

A problem-solver who can stay calm & think on their feet

Able to stay organised & move between tasks confidently

Curious coachable & keen to develop a career in commercial sales

Tech-comfortable (CRM experience helpful but not required)

Curious coachable & motivated by growth
