Position : Sonographer

Location : Armidale

The Role : This is a part-time or full-time, permanent position, reporting to the chief technologist. You will be based at our Armidale clinic Monday – Friday with shifts rostered between 8 : 30am – 5pm.

Our busy rural practice is located in the stunning New England region, boasting The University of New England, great schools, scenic bushwalks and nature reserves. Join our fast-paced team dynamic and thrive in a varied clinical load, servicing a wide geographical community. We have a full-time on-site radiologist and offer a diverse range of modalities including general X-RAY, OPG, Mammography, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.

Responsibilities : As a sonographer at I-MED Radiology, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include performing ultrasound scans, assisting the radiologist in minor interventional procedures, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements :

• ASAR registration.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a sonographer.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Full working rights in Australia.
