A leading importer, exporter, and distributor of Asian food products in Australia and New Zealand, this Sydney-based company has been operating since 1984. With a diverse portfolio of over 45 well-known brands, it supplies major supermarkets, restaurants, and retailers, offering a wide range of products including sauces, noodles, snacks, beverages, and frozen foods. The company maintains a robust logistics network with branches and distribution centres across Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, ensuring efficient delivery and consistent product availability

Job Description

Develop and execute strategic A&P plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and market share across national FMCG channels.

Conduct market reviews and consumer research to generate insights that inform brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Manage end-to-end brand marketing activities, including campaign planning, supplier approvals, media buying, and public relations.

Monitor brand performance and profitability, including sales analysis, demand forecasting, stock movement, and post-campaign evaluation.

Oversee promotional events, merchandising, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and effective market execution

The Successful Applicant

3-8 years of relevant FMCG experience, ideally with exposure to the food industry.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong verbal, written, and reading skills in both languages.

Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve problems and analyse data effectively.

Financial and commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, budget management, and building strong relationships.
