Bennett Plumbing and Civil is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide. In this full-time position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate civil construction crews to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Subdivisions, Community titles, Warehouse, local services and road construction

Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures

Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally

Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns

Assist in scheduling and planning daily and weekly construction activities

Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members

About YouMinimum of 5 years' experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role or similar

In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and materials

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to interpret engineering and construction plans with accuracy

Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Valid driver's licence and current construction safety certifications (e.g. White Card)
