Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Video Producer who lives in the feed. You aren't just an editor; you are a storyteller who can turn complex financial news into snackable, entertaining content that stops the scroll.

You will help drive Finder's video strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Working with our editorial crew, you will build franchises, newsjack breaking stories, and help millions of Australians make better money decisions daily.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the Franchise : Move beyond one-off hits. Help develop repeatable, recognisable video series that build brand fame.
• Win the Scroll : Script hooks that grab attention instantly. You design content for the "non-follower" feed to maximise algorithmic reach.
• Newsjacking : Monitor the news cycle and pop culture daily. When rates change or a meme trends, you ensure Finder is part of the conversation immediately.
