About the Role
The Case Support Worker provides essential assistance to the Services Team helping deliver high-quality client-centred support to adults and children experiencing family violence. This role is responsible for coordinating referrals maintaining accurate records managing correspondence and supporting data and reporting activities.
As a key member of the team the Case Support Worker ensures smooth and efficient service delivery by streamlining administrative processes contributing to a clear understanding of client circumstances and enabling practitioners to focus on direct client care. The role also serves as a vital point of coordination liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely access to support and resources.
