People and Culture Business Partner

This role will be the main point of contact for all people-related matters in South Australia. Reporting to the Operations Manager you'll work closely with the National People & Culture team to implement initiatives, providing HR support across strategic, advisory, and operational services at all SA sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
• Provide expert HR consultation to align divisional strategies with HR objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, employee relations and industrial relations - union dealings).
• Support employee wellbeing and manage change processes.
• Undertake the effective case management of employee and industrial relations matters
• Managing employee grievances and disputes, working to resolve issues through mediation, negotiation, or other appropriate methods.
• Liaise with unions.
• Implement people strategy initiatives.
• Manage Work Cover claims, Injury Management and Return to Work.
• Safety (WHS) experience is beneficial.
