About the Role
- Ensure internal and external customer expectations are exceeded and business objectives met by efficiently undertaking claim processing and administrative functions including lodgement of new claims and processing medical transactions.
- Ensure work is completed with a high level of accuracy, decisions are evidence based (in line with allocated authority), clearly documented and in accordance with external / internal policy and procedure.
About You
Experience in a customer service (including retail) or administration support role - insurance and / or finance industry with knowledge of Workers Compensation would be an advantage.An understanding of relevant regulatory and / or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation would be an advantage.Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.Benefits and Perks
