Senior Claims Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a candidate to join our Public Sector claims team at Marsh Australia in the role of Technical Claims Specialist . This role will be based in our Sydney office . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes for a mixed portfolio of primarily Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims;
• Conduct accurate reserving, claims investigation, manage claims costs, and negotiate with various third parties;
• Build and maintain rapport with clients;
• Analysing the entitlements of cover to Clients
• Dealing with external reinsurers on a quarterly basis
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and reinsurers.
