- About the Role
In this role you will :
- Drive a customer-focused culture of excellent customer service across all areas in our salon
- Keep all staff engaged, focused and aware of the our expectations through coaching, mentoring and oversight of the store's operation
- Lead and motivate staff to exceed sales and KPI targets
- Partner with the head office for reports on the salon's performance and inform us of any information to boost customer's experience
- Represent the luxurious and customer-focused image that the Evaline Beauty brand holds
- Maintain inventory and aesthetic of the salon throughout the day
- Experience in a management role in a customer-facing industry (desired but not required)
- Thrive in social environments
- Desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about beauty and helping others feel confident
- Proficiency in Office Suites

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay : - Bonus

Ability to commute / relocate :
