About the Role

This is a hands‑on maintenance + installation role that develops into quoting + sales (no experience needed — we train you).

You’ll work with homeowners in the Inner West — not builders, strata managers or real estate agencies.

Our schedule is light, our clients are respectful, and our team culture is supportive and professional.

You’ll begin by handling day‑to‑day jobs, while gradually learning communication, pricing and quoting — eventually presenting options and earning commission.

What You’ll Do

• Residential maintenance & installation
• Small jobs that can grow into larger works
• Usually 2–3 jobs per day, not 8–10
• Diagnosing issues and recommending solutions
• Learning pricing, quoting and communication
• Presenting options to homeowners once you’re ready
• Occasional later finishes if a job runs long
• Optional weekend work (never mandatory)
