About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside our thriving commercial team where you will have the opportunity to provide advice on (and be exposed to) a broad range of commercial and corporate matters for our ASX-listed, public unlisted and private clients. On a day-to-day basis the role will typically involve :

• drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and corporate documents;
• assisting clients with corporate structuring and associated advice;
• working alongside our corporate team to provide advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions and business sales / purchases; and
• managing client files and delivering clear, practical advice.
