Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systemsSupport technicians and engineers with diagnostics and troubleshootingLearn to use tools, instruments, and software commonly used in electronics service and repairCarry out quality control checks and inspections on electronic components and devicesMaintain accurate records of work carried out, test results, and component usageParticipate in regular training sessions and development activitiesFollow workplace safety procedures and best practices at all timesWhat We're Looking For
A strong interest in electronics, technology, and hands-on workWillingness to learn and develop practical technical skillsGood problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeBasic knowledge of electronic components and circuits is an advantage but not essentialCompletion of Year 12 or equivalent (ideally with a focus on STEM subjects)Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentNice to have
