Role in a Nutshell

As a Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Bowral store, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.

This part-time position requires 26 hours a fortnight .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring it’s clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
• Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
