Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex medical and loss of income insurance claims, supporting individuals through serious illness, injury, or psychological distress.
• A key focus of this role is working with vulnerable customers, including those experiencing mental health challenges, financial hardship. You’ll apply trauma-informed communication and demonstrate a deep understanding of the psychosocial and financial impacts of illness and income disruption.
