About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part as a Change Analyst in an HR system implementation project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Change, Communications & Training Manager in delivering change initiatives.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of system changes on business operations.
- Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring successful adoption of new HR systems.
- Assist in the creation of training plans and materials to equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to business readiness activities, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for system go-live.
About You
Proven experience as a Change Analyst, within HR system implementation projects.Strong understanding of payroll, time & attendance (T&A) systems, and associated business processes.Experience developing change impact assessments, training materials, and readiness plansExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.The Benefits
