We are looking for team players that

Can provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.

Are results oriented and love selling.

Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on their own and as part of a team.

Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are re-freshed.

Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2024.

What you will be doing

Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.

Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.

Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Please note; as part of our recruitment process, the successful applicant(s) will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and / or Territory he / she resides in before they receive an Employment offer.

Please also note; Christmas Casual fixed term contracts will end on or before 19th January 2025 but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
