The Mission :
Build the “Revenue OS” that runs the business : clean data, reliable automations, and dashboards everyone trusts. This role connects payments → customer status → access → lifecycle emails so the team isn’t stuck doing manual work or guessing what’s happening.
What you’ll do
- Build a simple, reliable “who is paid + who should have access” system (and keep it true)
- Automate the key flows across our tools (payments, CRM, email, community / LMS, scheduling)
- Set up a strong failed-payment process (retries, grace period, clear handoff to the team when needed)
- Create dashboards + weekly reporting for revenue, retention, cohorts, and funnel performance
- Add monitoring + alerts so issues are caught early (and are easy to fix)
What success looks like in the first 90 days
Leadership has 1–2 dashboards they actually believeAccess is granted / removed automatically based on payment status (with a sensible grace policy)Manual ops work drops materially (measured in hours / week)Everyone uses the same definitions for key numbers (revenue, active customers, refunds, etc.)What we’re looking for
You’ve built real integrations before (APIs, webhooks, auth, rate limits)You understand AI and how to integrate with above integrationsYou can ship production code (Node or Python) and you’re happy being hands-onYou’re strong with data basics (SQL, joining systems, QA / reconciliation)You know automation tools (Zapier / Make / etc.) but don’t rely on them for everythingYou think in “what happens when it breaks?” (retries, duplicates, backfills, logs, alerts)Nice to have
