Our client is Australia's largest smallgoods meat and food processing manufacturer!

We are seeking multiple, Australian qualified Maintenance Fitters & Electricians for their sites in Wacol for ASAP start.

These positions are responsible for maintaining the meat processing plant and equipment to support the day-to-day production requirements of the business.

We are looking for self-motivated trade personnel with good ability to diagnose and troubleshoot as well as provide preventative maintenance across the plant.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that all work meets the company’s safety & housekeeping requirements and conforms to all relevant regulations.
• Adhere to all scheduled preventative maintenance works and attend any breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team regarding maintenance in various locations of the plant.
• Trouble shoot any faults throughout the plant and rectify any issues through demonstrated problem solving.
• Manage tasks involving quality & safety onsite ensuring that everything is communicated to your site supervisor.
• Take ownership of your role whether you work autonomously or in a team environment.
• Conduct maintenance in line with all WHS and QA systems.
