As a Part-Time Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll drive a sales culture that embodies PUMA’s values and spirit. You’ll be on the front lines—engaging with customers, coaching a high-performing team, and helping ensure our store meets and surpasses targets. Your mission? To deliver an exceptional customer experience and help make PUMA the go-to brand for sports enthusiasts.

What You’ll Do :

Drive Results : Support the store in achieving sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

Lead by Example : Spend most of your time on the sales floor, interacting with customers and mentoring your team.

Elevate Customer Experience : Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and excited about their purchase.

Develop Talent : Assist in training and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.

Protect the Brand : Support Loss Prevention and Operational compliance to ensure a safe, secure store.
