A contract position exists for a commercial project manager to work on a commercial project in the Northern Gold Coast.
We are a well-established commercial plumbing company with great team members and a wealth of ongoing commercial projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS
- Manage all aspects of a commercial plumbing project including management of projects and tasks with a high level of professionalism.
- Interpret drawings and specification documents in adherence to plumbing design standards. Review design and apply value engineering.
- Liaise with suppliers for procurement and material availability.
- Maintain detailed project files.
- Adhere to all WHS policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Promote quality assurance and ensure delivery of quality projects at completion, manage / produce methodologies / ITPs.
- Hold current QBCC plumbing licence and driver's licence.
This is a contract role with potential to become a full-time position.
