About the Role :

We are seeking a Change Specialist with significant experience in leading and delivering outcomes at a portfolio level for a strategic requirement. This role focuses on overseeing and aligning change initiatives to ensure they support organizational goals while providing data-driven insights to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Portfolio Change Management : Work closely with General Managers across wider portfolio to develop insights and drive outcomes by overseeing and aligning change initiatives with business priorities.
  • Define Metrics & KPIs : Establish clear performance indicators to measure success, including financial performance, productivity gains, and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Process & Data Improvements : Enhance change tools, reporting, and data mechanisms for informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching : Guide leaders and teams in adopting change frameworks and tools.
  • Governance & Compliance : Ensure change processes align with best practices and strategic objectives.
  • Capability Building : Support training and development initiatives to strengthen change adoption.
  • Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.

Skills & Experience :

Essential :

  • Significant experience in leading and delivering change at a portfolio level.
  • Strong expertise in change management, business improvement, or transformation roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills to derive insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Proven experience in Benefit Realization through establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting benefit realization reviews.
  • Proven experience with tools and techniques for measuring benefit realization.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of project lifecycles and change methodologies.
  • Desirable :

  • Experience linking strategic goals to change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio).
