They are now looking for a Property Manager to manage their small but growing portfolio as their PM is stepping up into a senior position

The Role

  • Property Manager required to manage a clean portfolio of around properties. This is an end to end position
  • Properties all within close proximity to the office
  • OOO Support, as well as Leasing and BDM Support
  • Property Me Software used
  • HIGH Salary on offer + plenty of benefits

The Requirements

  • At least 2+ years experience as a Property Manager, end to end
  • Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable motor vehicle and driver's license
  • Excellent time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
