  • The Role
  • As a DigiRen Principal - Cloud Organisational Change Management, you will join an inclusive and welcoming team of Cloud leaders who are among the best in the business. The DigiRen Change Practice Principal leads, influences, plans and executes people change activities that enable successful adoption of new ways of working. We understand that change is one of the foundational pillars to enable customers to adopt cloud successfully, and we work with our customer executives to define and implement successful change programs that engage and uplift existing teams, leverage new organisation capabilities, and create new ways of work. We value the importance of strong stakeholder engagement to understand what is needed and proactively develop strategies to support organisational and individual change.
  • Position Responsibilities

As a Principal - Cloud Organisational Change Management at DigiRen, you will :

  • Use your sound knowledge of agile methodologies and a suite of digital communication channels to identify, plan and develop interventions & change programs to ensure people are ready, willing, and able to receive and embed new ways of working within a cloud operating model.
  • Develop detailed stakeholder change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, sponsor roadmaps, communication strategy and plans, training strategy, needs analysis and training plans.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of business change activities that are implemented.
  • Build positive relationships with program stakeholders, valuing engagement directly with SMEs to ensure change offers the best value and the right interventions for each impacted audience.
  • Design, develop and deliver engaging training material, education sessions, staff briefings and presentations using a variety of communication mediums.
  • Proactively identify and manage resistance, providing expertise to build user adoption and buy-in from stakeholders and end-users.
  • Requirements
  • Demonstrated (10+ years) of career success working on large-scale, complex business transformation or technology adoption programs.
  • Proven history of project experience, successfully delivering change management and the embedding of new systems and processes.
  • Advanced communication skills and presence, with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, Developers, and business leaders Exceptional presentation skills and proven experience supporting design, development, and management of communications.
  • Ability to travel to client locations when needed within Australia.
