Position : Full Time Veterinary Nurse / Receptionist

As an essential member of our professional compassionate team youll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care to our clients and their cherished pets. Youll help create a welcoming and supportive environment where both pets and their owners feel valued and well looked after.

The ideal candidate will be organised adaptable and thrive in a fastpaced environment all while remaining calm under pressure. With a strong work ethic attention to detail and a true passion for animal care youll help ensure our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Experience in a receptionist / client services role within a veterinary practice or medical environment is preferred. However we are keen to hear from candidates with extensive customer service experience in other industries.

Knowledge of RxWorks or ezyVet is an advantage but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Essential Criteria :

Cert IV or Equivalent

Passionate and committed to providing excellent care for both our patients and clients.

Exceptional communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.

Proven experience in a strong customer service role with a focus on engagement and delivering a positive client experience.

A reliable committed work ethic with a stable employment history.

Motivated with high emotional intelligence and energy levels.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word and Excel.

Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

A team player who can take direction and contribute to a positive working environment.

Adaptable to change and open to new processes and procedures.

Skilled in managing and engaging on social media platforms to enhance client interaction and engagement.
