About the opportunity

Right now, we’re embarking on an exciting period of transformation and change, and we need dedicated professionals with a whole lot of heart to help shape what’s next.

We have three fixed-term Human Resource Business Partner opportunities available, focusing on transformational change – no day-to-day HRBP tasks, just driving meaningful and strategic workforce transformation.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting workforce initiatives, with a strong focus on change management. Your expertise in change management will help drive improvements in patient experience, safety, and overall business unit performance.

It’s all about taking what we have and making it better. To do that, we need you.

These are fixed-term opportunities (4-month and 6-month contracts), ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

What you’ll bring

It takes a special kind of person to work in health services.

To thrive in this role, you will have :

  • Experience within the Health Service industry with a special interest and skills in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations.
  • Highly developed skills in change management strategies.
  • Experience in developing policies, procedures and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate risks in the change process.
  • Experience coaching leaders on change adoption and employee impact.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve quickly.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining :

  • A current Police Record Check.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
