About the role

As Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing proactive, flexible and responsive executive and secretarial support to the Executive Director Corporate Services and as needed to the Corporate Services Division.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing the electronic diary, ensuring that necessary briefing notes and agendas are prepared ahead of meetings, and prioritising all matters, including incoming calls and correspondence, for the Executive Director while also following up on outstanding items.

Leveraging your extensive experience in providing executive support at a senior level, you will bring to this position your exceptional organisational and planning skills. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all organisational levels will be a cornerstone of your success. Moreover, you will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when relaying information.
