OAC Glebe is nestled on a peaceful, leafy street with a meaningful place in the local community. The campus has been renovated beautifully but still retains its charming features and heritage.

Our Education and Operations leaders have supported with organising the layout of this impressive space to effectively cater for up to 120 children per day (currently approx. 70 attending). We have kept original features such as a fireplace and wooden flooring to maintain an inviting and homely atmosphere. With 6 classrooms and 2 outdoor play spaces, children and educators at OAC Glebe have the resources needed to thrive!

Cook opportunity :

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cook to join us on a permanent full-time basis at our wonderful Glebe centre.

We are looking for a Cook who has a clear passion for catering for young children, making food fun and inviting for all. You'll play a pivital role within our team, as everyone knows the kitchen is the heart of the centre!

Our friendly team at the Glebe centre looks forward to welcoming a new Cook to the team.

About the Role :

• Cook for our children aged between 0-5 years
• Prepare meals as per the Oac Nutrition Menus
• Plan and cater for all allergies and dietary requirements
• Interact with children in a positive and warm way about their food
• Adhere to all policies about hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Oversee the ordering and stock inventory
