Financial Accountant

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a close-knit team in a hands‑on, all‑rounder accounting role. This position will suit someone who enjoys variety, ownership of their work, and contributing to all aspects across finance.

About the Role

This is a genuinely multifaceted Financial Accountant role, offering exposure across the full accounting function while partnering closely with the broader business. You will play a key role in core financial operations, statutory and compliance reporting, and delivering commercial insights that support sales performance and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end accounts payable, with a focus on inventory‑related AP
• Balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Month‑end support and reporting
• Compliance and documentation related to JSOX (or US SOX) reporting requirements
• Business and sales reporting to support commercial decision‑making and assist the sales team
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data
• Ad hoc finance and some assistant / administrative tasks to support the wider team
• Contributing to process improvement in a growing, fast‑moving environment
