Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver high‑quality consumer‑focused, individually tailored, clinical rehabilitation services to support the recovery process for young people (14‑24) with mental health challenges.
• Work within a partnerships model that promotes collaborative relationships with other government and non‑government organisations, educational and vocational agencies, and the youth sector.
• Collaborate closely with mental health clinicians across adult, child and adolescent service settings to facilitate seamless care.
• Facilitate capacity building for rehabilitation services to work effectively with youth and their families.
