A well-established Australian menswear brand is seeking a Product Developer to join its growing product team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical and operational side of product and wants to work closely with suppliers, pattern makers, and designers to bring collections to life.

About the Role Reporting into the design and production leadership team, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day product development process across either knits or wovens.

Create, maintain, and update tech packs Produce technical sketches and garment drawings Manage product development through the critical path Liaise closely with overseas suppliers and factories Coordinate fittings, comments, and sample approvals Work alongside designers, pattern makers, and production teams Support range execution to ensure quality, fit, and consistency About You Experience at junior to mid-level in product development or technical design Background in menswear (preferred but not essential) Strong taste level and aesthetic judgement Confident communicator with suppliers Detail-oriented and organised Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Technical skills can be developed on the job — attitude and aptitude are key Why This Role?
