Internal Recruitment Specialist

McArthur is proudly partnering with a Federal Government agency to identify an Internal Recruitment Specialist to be based in Brisbane.

This role focusses on overseeing and coordinating end to end recruitment, talent acquisition, on-boarding and labour hire management.

To be considered or this role you will have : -

• Proven experience in end to end recruitment
• Previous government recruitment experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships including hiring managers and recruitment agencies
• Aptitude in interpreting complex policies and procedures
• Ability to work autonomously / minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills

As this is a Federal Government Department, candidates must be an Australian Citizen and pass a Security Check to be eligible.
