Primary Purpose of Role
Havwoods are seeking a driven, results-focused Showroom Manager to lead our Brisbane showroom.
As Australia's leading supplier of premium wood flooring, wall, and surface products, we continue to experience strong year-on-year growth. To support this momentum, we are looking for an A-Player to join our high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Increasing client traffic
- Managing day-to-day operations in the showroom
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging directly with clients, guiding them through product selection
- Managing Inbound Project Opportunities
- Managing a Sales Pipeline through proactive follow up, to progress and close sales to achieve a sales target
- Proactive outreach to new clients to grow the QLD Sales Pipeline and further develop the QLD market.
You will also coordinate showroom events when required, ensure smooth daily operations, and leverage the showroom as a key resource to support both your own sales and the wider team's.

Showroom Management
Proactively engage new and existing contacts across the architect / design community, builders / trade, and end-user / residential markets to strengthen brand awareness and drive showroom traffic.Develop and execute quarterly showroom campaigns and 90-day sprint plans to generate new leads and opportunities.Conduct showroom consultations, greeting visitors warmly and guiding them through a structured conversational qualification and sales process.Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard at all times, ensuring it reflects the premium quality of the brand.Deliver an exceptional client experience that reinforces the company's reputation for excellence and creates positive 'talking points', in the market.Manage and maintain hand sample stock to ensure availability and presentation consistencyQualify and follow up on existing pipeline opportunities via phone, email, and showroom interaction.Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.Apply strong product knowledge to provide tailored flooring and surface solutions aligned with client design goals.Prepare and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Follow established sales processes, including diligent CRM management and accurate data entry.Monitor and analyse sales metrics to assess performance and refine sales strategies.Industry Knowledge & Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners including architects, designers, builders and joiners.Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and go-to expert within the Queensland market.Support product launches, brand awareness campaigns, and seasonal promotions.Participate in and help coordinate showroom events and presentations as required.Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance metrics.Maintain a consistent number of showroom appointments and daily sales calls.Qualify opportunities and build a healthy, active sales pipeline.Ensure accurate, punctual, and diligent CRM reporting and data integrity.Skills, Experience & Qualifications
