Working closely with the marketing and partnerships teams, you’ll join as a Partnerships and Digital Marketing Specialist – eCommerce to drive customer acquisition across paid social, search and affiliates. You’ll manage partner activity day to day, test new ideas, and build meaningful collaborations with lifestyle brands and communities.
It’s a hands‑on role that blends creativity with commercial focus – great for someone who enjoys balancing performance, relationships and innovation. You’ll work with campaign managers and designers to deliver results, optimise what’s working and find new ways to reach audiences as the team continues to grow.
You will be responsible for :
About you
You’ve got 3+ years’ experience in digital acquisition and partnerships (client‑side or agency) and a proven track record of driving measurable acquisition through collaborations. You’re confident presenting to partners and negotiating deals, hands‑on with paid social and able to coordinate search and affiliate performance across agency and in‑house teams. You analyse results, recommend clear next steps, and love testing, learning and iterating quickly. Organised, curious and proactive, you thrive when you can own campaigns and see the impact of your work.
