Job Details

Based at our Head Office in Barton, as a Financial Accountant at Omni Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Controller to deliver accurate financial and taxation reporting within a strong financial control environment.

You will oversee daily financial administration, treasury activities, statutory reporting, and contribute to maintaining high‑quality financial systems and controls.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and a small finance team, you'll provide trusted financial guidance, support payroll and audit processes, and help drive continuous improvement across the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust financial control environment, including cashflow management and treasury operations.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, ATO reporting, and provide audit support.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset controls, and financial system accuracy.
• Mentor and support junior finance staff, contributing to performance, development, and wellbeing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including Divisional Managers and Payroll, to ensure timely financial and staff payment processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and support organisational risk management.

Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the confidence to operate in a dynamic environment. You bring sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build constructive relationships across all levels of the organisation while supporting a small, high‑performing team.
