ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll support the Digital Learning Ecosystem Manager to administer, enhance and evolve CA ANZ’s mission ‑ critical educational technology stack, including our Learning Management System (LMS), ecosystem add ‑ ons, Virtual Workshop Platform and Student Information System (SIS). You will engage stakeholders to define requirements and user stories, and ensure our platforms are pedagogically sound and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities :
Expert advice : Provide technical support and guidance to candidates, members and staff using the LMS and related systems; design and deliver training programs and resources.Enterprise application management : Collaborate with vendors (including regular performance and roadmap reviews) to ensure application availability and excellent service for members and students.Learning technology evaluation : Consult with internal / external educators and providers to continuously enhance e ‑ learning platform offerings.Internal partnerships : Work with Education Technology, Program Delivery, Online Assessment and Academic teams on course creation / administration and on standards for learning objects.Technology enhancement : Contribute to the design and redesign of components within the CA ANZ Digital Learning Ecosystem.ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience administering and supporting a web ‑ based LMS.Ability to enable effective use of educational webinar technologies for staff and learners.Strong problem ‑ solving skills; initiative; adaptability and innovation in a dynamic environment.Experience creating technical documentation, training materials and delivering face ‑ to ‑ face and virtual technical training.Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, time ‑ management and stakeholder skills; integrity and ethical conduct; growth mindset.Ideally, you also bring :
2+ years’ LMS administration in an education setting; exposure to SIS administration.Familiarity with Agile / SAFe, ITIL v3 / v4, and learning theory / pedagogy in ed ‑ tech contexts.Experience partnering with a central IT function on platform enhancements and issue escalation.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent knowledge / experience)ABOUT US
