Responsibilities Join us in a dynamic sales-oriented role where you'll be the face of our company to the Australian and New Zealand channel partners, their customers, and the voice of customers within our organization. You’ll represent Keysight to the channel partners and represent the channel partner to the company. You'll champion our products and solutions, unveiling them to channel partners and potential customers while keeping them informed about our latest offerings, enabling the channel partners to achieve success in selling Keysight’s products to their customers. Responsibilities include

  • Manage partner relationships and business plans
  • Marketing, advertising, sales promotions, product training and launches
  • Deal management, funnel generation and business growth
  • Presales technical support addressing customer technical requirements
  • Operational and other Channel partner-related support
  • Visit customers with channel partners
  • Channel Partner and customer satisfaction resolution You'll thrive in this role by :
  • Developing a rapport with partners and winning Keysight’s mindshare within our channel and customers
  • Anticipating partners’ and customer needs and developing both short-term and long-term sales strategies
  • Contributing to strategizing and implementing plans for sales growth
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota targets
  • Providing timely and effective technical support of varied scope to channel partners and customers Qualifications We're on the lookout for an individual passionate about understanding the needs of technical end users and providing recommendations for a wide spectrum of electronic solutions. This commission-based sales role calls for someone who thrives on autonomy, initiating meetings, nurturing valuable customer relationships, and raising awareness about the full range of Keysight products. Most of your travel will be within Australia and New Zealand, and we require someone with Australian Permanent Residence status, residing in Melbourne, Victoria. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent expertise. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of customer-focused experience is essential. Strong written & verbal communication as well as sound organization, presentation & problem solving skills. Strong understanding of electronics test and measurement is an added advantage.
