This role focuses exclusively on aged care clients and includes personal care, household support, and social assistance. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule while ensuring availability for both pre-scheduled and short-notice shifts.

What You'll Need :

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential requirements :

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)

QLD Driver's License & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Up-to-date vaccinations (2024 Flu & 3 doses of COVID-19)

NDIS Clearance, WWC Clearance & National Police Check

Valid CPR / BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Right to work in Australia & two recent industry references

Your Role & Responsibilities :

As a Community Support Worker , you will :

Provide personal care (ADLs) - showering, dressing, mobility support.

Assist with household chores & cleaning - washing, ironing, vacuuming, dusting, meal preparation and cooking.

Offer social support - accompany clients to appointments and shopping.

Maintain c ompliance & documentation per Aged Care Quality Standards.

Be available for shifts at short notice as well as pre-scheduled assignments.
