The Technology Strategy & Performance (S&P) team plays a pivotal role in shaping and enabling the execution of the Technology Strategy. We partner across domains to drive alignment, embed performance insights, deliver strategic outcomes, and support Technology's transformation agenda.

The Group Security Performance team partners with the Strategy & Performance Leadership team, the Chief Security Officer, the Group Security Leadership team, and cross‑functional business partners. We work together to enable Technology's strategy, and transformation delivery; while driving workforce shaping and planning to ensure we are well‑positioned to meet future challenges and seize emerging opportunities.

Reporting to Executive Manager Group Security Performance you will provide support to enable the implementation of strategy, planning and operations, financial management and risk management.
