Job Description
- Identify, secure, and maintain partnerships to further organisational goals
- Develop and implement strategic partnership plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with company objectives
- Manage all aspects of partner relationships, including contract negotiation, liaison, and issue resolution
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partnerships for revenue growth
The Successful Applicant
A successful Partnership Development Lead should have :
- Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in partnership development or business development
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the not-for-profit / medical sector
