Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable families? Join our Intensive Family Support team in Ipswich, where your skills and dedication will help create safer, stronger futures for children at risk.
As an Intensive Family Support Practitioner, you’ll work closely with families facing complex challenges, providing compassionate, strengths-based support to help them thrive. Your role will focus on early intervention, driving meaningful, lasting change and reducing contact with the child protection system.
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team committed to empowering families and transforming lives. This is a full-time, permanent role, with part-time options available for the right candidate.

With an already established career in the child, youth and family sector, you will be passionate about supporting families to strengthen the care of protection of their children. The skills and capabilities you bring include :
