The Flight Training Courseware Specialist will be a 737 Flight Training Development Subject Matter Expert, who leads in identifying customer technical training needs and requirements and develops flight training curriculum for Boeing commercial airplanes. In this role, you will lead in evaluating and determining training objectives, content, design, and technologies. Prepares briefing / debriefing presentations, lesson plans, and training manuals for type, recurrent, differences, and specialty training for Boeing internal and external customer use.
This Flight Training Courseware Specialist researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Included in this role is the opportunity to develop and provide recommendations on training standards and specifications. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally to participate in tryouts of draft training curriculum in simulator devices.
This is a fully virtual role, with international travel to participate in tryouts of draft training curriculum in simulator devices expected up to 20% of the time. As this role is part of a global team, there will be an expectation to attend out of hours meetings with your peers and various stakeholders, however, with this comes much flexibility.
