Learning & Leadership Consultant

Your new role : Key responsibilities : The role works autonomously to deliver learning and leadership programs for the local office (Brisbane) and in collaboration with the wider team for national programs.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning from design through to evaluation Facilitate, coordinate and project manage learning events for clerks, grads, lawyers etc.

Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives Create instructional materials, using appropriate multimedia sources Establish success metrics and analyse feedback to evolve programs Skills and experience : Ideally 5+ years' experience as a learning professional Tertiary qualifications in adult education / organisational learning, psychology or a related field Facilitation experience to large and small groups ideally in a professional services environment Desirable - accreditation in psychometric tools, e.g. Genos, MBTI, TLC Clayton Utz is a leading law firm invested in our people.
