Overview

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, youll oversee the daily operations of our Parts Department, ensuring smooth inventory management, outstanding customer experiences, and efficient team coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Fixed Operations Manager in managing the Parts Department, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving parts.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders and deliveries.
• Maintain organized and efficient parts storage areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders.
• Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement parts department policies and procedures.
• Drive parts sales growth and foster new customer relationships.
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
• Support the training and development of department staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
• Support the Fixed Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals.
